What it does

UniGetUI puts a friendly interface on Windows' package managers. Search for an app, click Install, and it handles the download through winget, Scoop, Chocolatey, pip, npm and others, with no setup wizards to click through.

Its best trick is updates: it checks your installed apps and can update all of them in one go.
